About the Event
Show your support and wear a pink shirt on Friday 17 May!
At the University of Canterbury we are supporting the Mental Health Foundation's annual campaign, Pink Shirt Day with events on campus running from Monday 13 May to Friday 17 May.
Pink Shirt Day is more than just wearing pink. It's a commitment to upholding our values of whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, and aroha to create a kinder, more inclusive Aotearoa where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or cultural background.
