Team Leadership
Description
This highly experiential course focuses on the principles of team leadership and the intricacies of group dynamics within an organisational context. Students will engage in interactive activities, including for example simulations, role-playing, and team-based projects, to explore the stages of team development, leadership styles, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution. Emphasis is placed on in-person hands-on learning, allowing students to practice and refine their leadership and team skills in a collaborative environment. Through reflective exercises and peer feedback, students will gain insights into their own leadership potential and develop a deeper understanding of team and group dynamics.
