- Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Honours) (Natural Resources) from University of Canterbury 2009.
Amber is a chartered professional engineer with Beca’s Water Team.
Amber’s experience includes design and design management for a range of 3-waters, civil infrastructure, stormwater flood mitigation, and waterway projects. Key projects have included earthquake response work, secondment to the Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team (SCIRT), secondment to Waimakariri District Council, and Land Drainage Recovery Programme (LDRP) and 3-waters Hybrid Delivery Model (HDM) projects for Christchurch City Council. She has a proven track record in the implementation of design and construction projects.
