Hi there, I am Janelle and I started working at the University of Canterbury in September 2022.
Before this time, I relocated to Christchurch from living in Australia for 5 years. I enjoy the outdoors exploring new sights and walking tracks. Also interested in baking, reading and giving new activities and new foods a go. I have been working in an office environment for over the last 15 years.
As the International Conversion and Engagement Coordinator at UC I assist and facilitate applicants with their queries regarding their application and directing their queries to the appropriate UC team. Working in a timely, accurate, positive, and professional manner with UC’s external service provider, colleagues, students, and UC’s wider team. Ensuring the nurture campaigns and are developed and executed well to provide a high conversion of application of students with the external service provider and the UC team.
