About Me:

I grew up on a farm in the Wairarapa before moving down to Christchurch to study. I'm passionate about the study of behavioural change, any and all aspects of why people decide to change their ways is fascinating to me. I was inspired to come back and do a PhD after realising how much I enjoyed researching and learning.

Research Interests:

Diversity and Inclusion; Organisational Culture; Sustainable Organisational Behaviour; Sustainability; Behavioral Change.

Why did you choose UC?

I chose to study at UC because it is leading the world in terms of Sustainability. As an organisation, the policies, practices and leadership surrounding how sustainable practices are integrated is fantastic.

 

Best things about study at UC:

The campus and the culture are fantastic, not many universities can boast such amazing facilities. The people who make up UC are wonderful, extremely helpful and supportive, knowing you are surrounded by intensely passionate people is inspiring.
