Algorithms for within-organism cancer evolution reconstruction.
This research will develop computational methods to analyze the evolutionary trajectories of cancer cells using single-cell sequencing data. The goal is to better understand the diversity and progression of cancer, helping the development of targeted treatments, by combining theoretical models with practical applications.
