Research Interests
Offshore groundwater, seawater intrusion in coastal aquifers, sustainable management of groundwater resources, groundwater contamination and remediation.
I am a part-time PhD student working at Environment Canterbury as a groundwater scientist. My PhD research involves studying the coastal hydrogeology of Christchurch, with a focus on understanding the onshore-offshore aquifer structure based on interpretation of seismic reflection profiles and evaluating seawater intrusion risks to coastal drinking water wells.
