Matt is graduate student continuing to further his knowledge of forestry science here at the University of Canterbury’s School of Forestry by working toward a Master of Forestry Science degree. He came here after completing his Bachelor of Science at Michigan State University’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, with a major in Forestry and a minor in Urban Forestry. Matt is interested in all aspects of forestry and is currently researching bias and precision of tree height measuring devices used in New Zealand forestry.
