Thesis
Vedang is an ME student on the MBIE-funded programme High power electric motors for large-scale transport.
His project involves characterising Gallium Nitride High Electron Mobility Transistors at cryogenic temperatures to enable control of series-parallel arrays for power electronics. His research also involves developing thermal models for these devices to understand how to efficiently extract heat out of these devices.
