Research Interests
A dynamic teacher, facilitator, consultant, researcher and social advocate with a demonstrated history of involvement in addressing unmet social and learning needs in schools, organisations, and local communities.
I lead change to connect and create patterns of significance. In doing so, I help develop capable, strong, adaptive and resilient learning communities. An innovative and creative team player, I have specialisations in effective teaching, literacy, leadership, professional development, inclusion, systems thinking and eco-literacy. These interests have culminated in a thesis investigating principal leadership as a living system of its own making for greater student success.
I am driven to diversify my career, recognising my skills to be trans-disciplinary and cross-cultural.
