Dr Jenna van Deurs is a Child and Family Psychologist. Her research and clinical interests include supporting child, adolescent, and family wellbeing, particularly families of neurodivergent young people, and youth experiencing anxiety. Jenna is currently completing a Post-doctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Canterbury, exploring the effectiveness of the Play to Learn and ACTion in Caregiving programmes for autistic children and their caregivers. Along with her Waiora Tamariki colleagues, Jenna created and delivered the ACTion in Caregiving programme and assisted in the development of the Play to Learn Programme.
