Dr. Kate Murray (ORCiD: 0000-0002-9935-8170) is a Kaitohutohu | Research Impact Advisor in Research & Innovation and Adjunct Associate Professor at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
In her UC role, she provides support across the university for academics and research groups in developing strategies for maximising and measuring their research impact. Impact is increasingly a priority for researchers, funders, and society to ensure that research is translated, disseminated, and mobilised to create meaningful positive change in the world.
Kate brings over two decades of international and mixed methods research experience to the role, which has covered a range of clinical, theoretical, and applied topics. With a background in participatory action research, she provides expertise in co-design and developing creative methodologies and outputs to deliver meaningful change.
