Cancelling your order:
Once you have finalised your order and processed payment it cannot be changed, however you can request to cancel it. To request a cancellation of your order email paymentsolutions@canterbury.ac.nz or call 033693331 with your order details and reason for cancellation as soon as possible.

If you think your card has been used fraudulently you should contact your bank immediately.
