Zan completed two Bachelor degrees at the University of Canterbury: a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Physics (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), specialising in Civil Engineering (2008-2010). He is now working as a Project Manager for a construction company in Samoa (Bluebird Construction Company) as well as recently starting a smaller construction company (Rockworkz Limited) with his wife.
