Bespoke Executive Education programmes

28 August 2023

From Change Management and Design Thinking to Leadership Development and Project Management, UC tailors a range of Bespoke Executive Education programmes for organisations. Have a look at our Bespoke Executive Education programmes and get in touch so we can work with you to upskill your staff and empower your organisation.

HOW TO APPLY

UC’s Executive Education team has expertise across a wide range of disciplines, meaning we can develop tailored programmes for you and your teams that address your unique business or organisational challenges and goals.

We partner with you to truly understand your purpose, people and processes. Then we create a unique programme that draws on the latest, cutting-edge thinking with industry expertise, with your business or organisation at its centre.

Our Process

While not prescriptive, our tried and tested formula ensures that your workplace realises the benefit from your investment. A typical bespoke programme could be structured as follows:

Discovery

In order to maximise the benefits of the training it is important to make sure we understand exactly where you are now, and where you want to be.

This discovery phase begins with an in-person conversation and some follow up questions to learn about your organisation, your people, your projects and your aspirations. We use the information gathered here to tailor the programme to suit your team.

Upskilling

We would propose to remove your team from the work environment to upskill them. In this way, they gain a good working knowledge of practical tools and techniques that can be implemented to immediately improve performance.

This upskilling will incorporate plenty of real-life examples and tools that can be practically applied.  Between each day off-site, each participant will be given a task to do to embed their learning at work.

While on-site at UC, your team will be well looked after with parking permits, morning tea and lunch to meet all dietary requirements. Tea, coffee, juice and water will be available for the duration of each day.

Embedding Capability

To ensure that the learning becomes ‘usual practice’ in the workplace, we would spend a further period of time on-site with your team coaching them in their roles to make sure they have the confidence to utilise their new knowledge and tools to do things differently.

We find that this part of our approach is key to ‘making the learning stick’ and ensuring that your investment reaps rewards in terms of improved productivity, better outcomes and team morale.
