Important dates
Study Abroad and Student Exchange applications
If you are an incoming student applying to study at UC under the Study Abroad or Student Exchange programme, you should submit your application by these dates:
Semester One (February-June) study at UC
Study Abroad applicants: the closing date for applications is the 15th of November (of the previous year).
Exchange applicants: the closing date is the 1st of November (of the previous year).
Semester Two (July-November) study at UC
The closing date for applications is the 15th of April.
Applications after these dates will be processed but may not allow you enough time to make the necessary preparations, including applying for a visa.
Accommodation applications
Applications for accommodation are due by the 1st of December (of the previous year) for Semester One programmes and by the 1st of May for Semester Two programmes.
