Problems with adding credit
If you have any problems adding funds please contact the IT Service Desk.
You cannot access printing and other charged services when you do not have any credit on your account. Find out how to add credit to your Canterbury Card to continue to use these services.
You can add credit to your student ID card or check your balance online with MyUC login or in person at the EFTPOS reload stations at UC Central Library or the Copy Centre, James Hight Building.
You can put money on your Canterbury Card with MyUC login or in person via the EFTPOS reload stations.
Credit may take up to 30 minutes to be recognised by all services.
