Workflow Processess

To progress from one state to the next click the action button in the top right corner. It will show who the fieldwork plan will be assigned to next in the process. Enter any notes you may wish to record and press the save or save and close button to action the submission.

If any required fields are not filled in, they will be highlighted in red and the workflow will not be able to be progressed until entered.

Once you progress the workflow, you will still be able to view the fieldwork plan, but only the assigned action officer will be able to process the fieldwork plan.

If you are assigned a fieldwork plan as a fieldwork coordinator, fieldwork approver, risk and insurance approver or SLT approver, you need to process the workflow to the next state by either approving or declining to progress the fieldwork plan by clicking action then approve or decline.
