HOW TO APPLY

The student will be trained to develop biomimetic sensors and machine learning algorithms, for example, tactile sensors, spike train based neurocomputing algorithms, for industrial applications. The focus of the project is to develop bio-inspired devices and artificial intelligence to solve design and manufacturing problems in Industry 4.0. The student may focus on devices or algorithms or both.

Key qualifications and skills

Students with a master degree or BE(honors) in engineering or science are welcomed to apply. Previous experience in signal processing, instrumentation, machine learning, etc. would be preferred, but not required.
