Learning a language provides so many advantages in business or in navigating our multicultural world.
UC's language courses are designed to teach beginners with no previous experience, so you can learn a new language and explore new cultures all through your university studies, clubs, and campus events.
Study languages from Chinese to Te Reo Māori in a wide range of our bachelor's degrees to customise and combine your interests.
UC also offers a range of postgraduate programmes in languages, cultural studies, teaching languages, and translation and interpreting for you to go even further.

Make it a complete qualification
Complete a whole programme in up to two languages within six months, or study part-time for up to five years.
