Hannah - Business owner - Bachelor of Fine Arts
After graduating with a Fine Arts degree at UC, Hannah founded The Corner Store: a gallery and shared studio space for fifteen artists. The Corner Store was the perfect way for Hannah to turn her passion in art and her beliefs about making space for artists in the city into both a reality and career. She did this thanks to skills and opportunities acquired during her Fine Arts degree at UC:
"It got me thinking about the ways I could use my skills as an artist to work with other people to give them a place to make work ... And now being a business owner, taking the University's Centre for Entrepreneurship Summer Start Up Programme prepared me to run a gallery."
