The Master of Organisational Psychology (MOrgPsyc) explores methods to build and support wellbeing in the workplace.
This programme is ideal for professionals in human resources or management positions to develop their expertise, or for those looking to go into this area as a new career and build on previous studies in Psychology.
The degree is offered fully online through Tuihono UC | UC Online.
The MOrgPsyc is made up of a total 180 points, which includes nine taught courses and a final research project.
Beginning in January or July, the programme will take 18 months full-time, or three years part-time.
