Introduction
The Tarrot T18 is a large octocopter that was custom built in house to carry a snow ice radar system. This drone has a duration of 10 -15 minutes depending on payload and battery options. It has been used for research in Antarctica invlolving measuring the thickness of snow on sea ice.
