Engineering Management

Introduction

Engineering Management graduates apply integrated engineering and business knowledge in a technical environment.

You will gain specialised knowledge in engineering management, and have critical awareness of current and emerging issues relating to engineering management in Aotearoa New Zealand and globally.

With communication, planning, interpersonal, management, and leadership skills, you will be able to collaborate with people across multiple disciplines.

Engineering Management

Courses

The Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management consists of eight courses. Study begins in February or July, and will take between 10–17 months full-time.

The Master of Engineering Management consists of nine courses and a project report. It must be completed within 12–19 months full-time, commencing in February or July each year.

The PhD in Engineering Management consists of a research thesis (ENMG790 Engineering Management PhD). This can begin on the first day of any month of the year, and take between 3–6 years full or part-time.
