Introduction

The European Studies postgraduate programme is focused around the National Centre for Research on Europe (NCRE), which provides unique training and development opportunities for postgraduate students seeking careers in trade, foreign affairs, and policy.

What will my study involve?

  • As a postgraduate working with the National Centre for Research on Europe you belong to an international institutional network, a member of the NZ EU Centres Network, Asia-Pacific EU studies networks, and the global Jean Monnet programme. These linkages provide European Studies postgraduates with special opportunities to participate in conferences, workshops, and exchanges within Aotearoa New Zealand, in Asia, and the EU.
