While you cannot major or minor in Science, Māori and Indigenous Knowledge, you can take the above course in the subject as part of any degree. It is particularly suited for those studying the Bachelor of Science, the Bachelor of Environmental Science with Honours, or the Bachelor of Social and Environmental Sustainability.

SCIM101 is offered as an interest course on Mātauranga Māori knowledge of natural sciences, including historical and cultural traditions, and contemporary ethical practices.
