This application form is to be used when applying for credit to a UC qualification for relevant knowledge and skills gained through prior learning. Not all qualifications will accept RPL credit, so check with the relevant Faculty before submitting this form.
Please ensure that you have completed all sections of this form and have included the documents listed in the checklist.
If documents in your application are not in English please also submit certified English translations.
The application will not be processed unless appropriate supporting documentation is attached and the non-refundable fee ($300) has been paid.
