This two-day foundational course puts under the spotlight that preconceived ideas, assumptions and biases that are making it hard for you to find solutions to issues facing your business or are even stopping you from realising what the real problems are.

- Learn what makes the biggest commercial impact when innovating on a product or organisation.
- Consider the foundational conditions for innovation to thrive in teams and organisations and reflect on areas for change in your organisation.
Course structure
The course brings together a collection of hands-on methods that help solve the right problem by asking the right questions, while learning to understand human needs by connecting ourselves directly with those people affected.
You will challenge your assumptions through empathy, rapid testing, feedback and prototyping.
This course was previously one day but has been lengthened to allow for deeper course work on the organisational foundations needed for innovation. It runs from 9am to 4.30pm on the first day, and from 9am to 1pm on the second day.
