Fiona Deehan
Fiona is a woman who wears many hats, personally and professionally. She is a strategic people leader, coach, facilitator and consultant who is motivated to help people, teams and communities flourish and thrive.
She believes that each person has what they need within them to be successful and that her role is to hold spaces for learning, self-reflection and accountability so that they can harness their superpowers and authentically realise their potential.
Fiona is an Accredited Transformative coach and holds an NZ Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching. She has spent more than a decade working in Aotearoa New Zealand in leadership and development roles. As an accredited CliftonStrengths coach and experienced leadership and wellbeing consultant, speaker and facilitator, she has worked with a range of people and teams across the public and private sector. As a woman who has navigated significant personal and professional growth, as a mother, a wife, an immigrant, she has a deep understanding of the systemic and mindset barriers that women face as they step into leadership roles. She is a firm believer that knowledge on its own is not power, but knowledge plus intentional action is empowering.
