Stella is currently the Chief Executive of Streamliners, a organisation co-established by The Joined Up Systems Trust and Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand to imprive the health and wellbeing of people around the world.
Regarded as an advocate for innovation and a leader in digital health, Stella has held multiple executive leadership roles in a number of DHBs, including a 10-year stint at CDHB in the Executive Director Allied Heath and Chief Digital Officer roles.
In her roles with CDHB, one of her many responsibilities was the development of Christchurch’s new Health Precinct, which she views as an essential part of the regeneration of the city.
“The Health Precinct is an opportunity to bring students, education providers, and professionals together, in a place where they can connect and change the way we deliver healthcare”.
Stella studied Speech and Language Therapy at UC, and has previously held the position of President for the New Zealand Speech-Language Therapists Association.
