CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

This publication comprises papers presented at a conference run by the New Zealand Governance Centre, an interdisciplinary centre that specializes in public and private governance in New Zealand.  The work is divided into three broad topic areas: Governance Issues of Listed Companies, Governance of SMEs and Family Businesses and Governance Issues of Other Entities. The collection brings together New Zealand, Australian and Singaporean academics and research students together with Mr Justice Sir Grant Hammond of the Court of Appeal.
