Introduction

Digital Marketing study at UC will develop the skills a digital marketer needs to create engaging content and adapt to trends and changes in the market.

Learn how to understand online consumer behaviour to build digital marketing strategies through effective content and storytelling.

You will become a data-driven marketer, learning how to interpret digital marketing analytics for search engine success through SEO (Search Engine Optimisation for organic traffic) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing for paid traffic).

What will my study involve?

  • Choose from our online Digital Marketing course or full master’s degree with a Digital Marketing major.
  • Learn skills for the different types of digital marketing, including gathering data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console; managing paid or organic search campaigns (SEM or SEO); creating engaging marketing content for websites, social media, email, and ads; and more.
  • Hands-on courses and projects to apply concepts in practical settings and prepare you for the demands of the digital marketing industry.
  • Learn from a curriculum developed by both UC academic expertise and leading digital marketers working in industry, so you know that your skills are completely industry relevant.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Marketing is a fully online course developing your knowledge on how to create an online marketing strategy, from creating social media content, to setting up paid digital advertising, to understanding consumer behaviour analytics, and more. The Master of Marketing programme includes a major in Digital Marketing, which involves on-campus study with the same courses as the Certificate, plus core marketing courses, electives, and a final project.

You may choose to transfer your completed courses from the Postgraduate Certificate to the full Master’s programme.
