How to submit a change of enrolment

To make changes to your enrolment you will need to log in to myUC.  

This is where you can view the details of your current enrolment.

Click on 'Change enrolment' and then the red 'CHANGE ENROLMENT' button.

This is where you can apply for a different qualification from the one you are enrolled in, and where you can change your major/minor/specialisation/endorsement. Once you've made the changes, click on the red 'SAVE AND CONTINUE' button.

If you do not want to make changes to your qualification/subjects, just click on the red 'SAVE AND CONTINUE' button or the 'Change Courses' tile in the left-hand navigation bar.

This is where you can add courses and drop courses you are currently enrolled in.  Check that you are within the deadlines listed on the Enrolment and Course Dates tables. 

Confirm the changes and then click on the red 'SAVE AND CONTINUE' button.

You must agree to the Declaration or your Change of Enrolment will not be submitted. Tick the tickbox and then the red 'SAVE AND CONTINUE' button.

Make sure you click on the red 'COMPLETE CHANGE OF ENROLMENT REQUEST' button to fully submit your change in the system.   

If the change requires approval from the Department/Faculty, it will show as 'CHANGE SUBMITTED'. You cannot access the change of enrolment. 

If the change does not require approval, it will be processed automatically.
