Submit your exchange application using the online application form by the listed deadline.
Include all relevant documentation and evidence of approval from your department(s) and Faculty.
You cannot apply to the partner university without first being selected by UC for an exchange.
If you are a postgraduate student you should check with the International Mobility team about the availability of postgraduate exchanges and closing dates at any given university before you start your application.
Note that research courses cannot be taken as part of an exchange programme.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your choice of university, but we cannot guarantee your first choice and you should list at least two back-up options. Some locations and partner universities are in high demand and you may be allocated to an alternative university where places are available.
The availability of exchange destinations change from year to year and UC reserves the right to amend the list of partner universities or deadlines at any time. Please check this page for updates.
Note: if you are a successful applicant, you must hold appropriate and current travel and health insurance for the duration of your time overseas, regardless of whether you are a domestic or international student. The insurance plan must meet UC's minimum requirements.
