The IMTFE Final Addresses is a group of 29 volumes containing the final address of the Prosecution and Defence to the Court. It is a repeat of the corresponding sections of the trial Transcripts. However, they are useful as a quick way of finding the main arguments of the two teams of counsel without sifting through the extraneous conversations, debates, etc. that inevitably ensued when the IMTFE was in progress. The subtitle of each volume (see table below) gives an illustration of the information contained therein. To further make use of these valuable transcripts, use the Index of Final Addresses found in the "Indexes and Finding Guides" section of this inventory.
