This engaging two-day course looks at what might be impeding your organisation’s digital transformation strategy or large IT/technology projects that have been recently implemented.

Approaching digital transformation from a change management perspective, we look at digital transformation's people, structure, and processes elements. By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the change management principles that inhibit and drive the success of digital initiatives;
  • Evaluate the digital leadership capabilities in your organisation, and develop a plan to increase the digital capabilities and positive mindset towards new technologies in the organisation;
  • Develop a strategy to increase buy-in from the people element in the organisation. This includes all key stakeholders;
  • Understand how technology initiatives impact the organisation's structure, using examples from case studies or your organisation; and
  • Understand how technology initiatives impact the processes in the organisation, using examples from case studies or your organisation.
