Applications open
Applications are open now for courses starting in November 2024 (24-SU2).
Applications open 1 October 2024 for courses starting in January 2025 (25-SU1).
Applications close
Applications close one week before the Official Course Start Date, unless otherwise stated.
Changes to your enrolment
The deadline for making changes to your enrolment is listed on each Course Information page. Put the relevant course code in the search box and select the summer school occurrence (24-SU2 or 25-SU1) to find the relevant dates.
How to apply
Current students
If you are enrolled at UC in 2024, submit a Change of Enrolment in myUC to add 24-SU2 or 25-SU1 Summer School courses to your 2024 enrolment.
New students
Submit an application in myUC and select the Summer School courses you are interested in. If you do not have a myUC account, you will need to create one first.
Fees
Tuition fees for each Summer School course are listed on the Course Information pages by searching the relevant course code. In addition to the tuition fee, a compulsory Student Services Levy (SSL) is also charged. Ways to pay your fees are listed here.
Student loans
If you plan to use a Studylink student loan to pay for Summer School courses, make sure you apply early! If you have an existing loan agreement for 2024 study at UC, summer school courses added via a 'Change of Enrolment' will automatically be added to your 2024 loan. Courses added on a 2025 enrolment will need a new loan agreement. If you have any questions, contact StudyLink directly.
