UC Rec & Sport provide students experience in sport that complement their education. We facilitate student involvement in sport through daily drop-in sessions and social sport. Plus a range of clubs, competitions, and development programmes.

The Sport Academy aims to develop athletes holistically. We provide Strength and Conditioning programmes and Athlete Education in the areas of Nutrition, Sport Psychology, Recovery and Athlete Life. The Sport Academy is open to anyone of any ability who wishes to improve their overall sporting performance.
