Strength and Conditioning services
You will receive individualised strength and conditioning programmes designed to cater for your specific needs, including:
- An organised program that runs through the entire year which helps with full-year planning and competition (Feb 12th-Dec 12th)
- Individualised strength and conditioning programmes that are updated every 4-6 weeks
- Periodic testing to monitor progress
- Access to conditioning blocks catered for your sport
- Use of the K1 Athlete training facility (pictured above) where every session is supervised by a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach
Athlete Education
There will be a minimum of one seminar or workshop a term in the areas of:
- Nutrition
- Sports Psychology
- Recovery
- Athlete Life
Prices
- UC Students: $745/yr
- Community Members: $1245/yr
- Memberships can be paid in full before the start of the semester via UC RecCentre front desk
