Mentors

23 November 2023

Student mentors can have a significant impact on your university experience. They offer valuable advice, support your academic journey, help you build new connections, and introduce you to life at UC. Explore UC's mentoring programmes to see how they can help you thrive.

HOW TO APPLY

Starting university is an exciting adventure, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. From navigating new surroundings to balancing study and social life, there’s a lot to adjust to. That’s where UC Mentors come in - experienced students who’ve been through it all and are here to help you thrive.

UC Mentors are second-year (or above) students who know the ins and outs of university life. They’re here to answer your questions, offer practical advice, and make your transition to university smoother. Whether it’s sharing study tips, helping you find the best coffee on campus, or pointing you toward academic or personal support services, they’ve got your back.

UC Mentoring Programmes

UC offers mentoring programmes tailored to diverse needs - whether you’re seeking academic guidance, social connections, or someone to help you navigate your first year, there’s a programme designed to help you thrive.

UCSA Pathseekers Programme

The Pathseekers Programme is a peer support programme where knowledgeable students are paired up with any students who want support from a peer.
