What to expect
NRG combines classic aerobics moves (think knee lifts and high kicks) with body weight, muscle conditioning and plyometric training moves, choreographed to upbeat songs. Expect to see similar movements from our very own HIIT30, but synced and matched perfectly to the music encouraging you to push past your limits and reach your goals! Movements can be modified to offer low-impact options if jumping and running isn’t for you.
